A dynamic tech company in Mexico is looking for a proactive Operations & Chief of Staff to manage key operational workflows and support the founders. This part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, allows for autonomy and proposes potential growth into full-time. Responsibilities include managing recurring tasks, coordinating team events, and providing executive support. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills and prior experience in operations or business administration. The role is fully remote and aligned with a flexible work environment.

We're looking for a highly competent, proactive Operations & Chief of Staff hybrid who can operate at a high level, own key operational workflows, and support the founders in running company operations. This person will also handle some Executive Assistant responsibilities and may occasionally support light personal tasks when capacity allows.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives with autonomy, loves creating order, and enjoys being the operational backbone behind fast-moving technical founders.
