Our headquarters is in sunny Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role, we’re focusing on Mexico City, Mexico, so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

• Coaching and enabling Country SEO Leads across LATAM to achieve full strategic autonomy
• Synthesising local SEO performance insights to inform global strategies.
• Evangelising SEO within regional leadership and influencing resource prioritisation.
• Collaborating with other Regional SEO Strategists to scale systems thinking globally.
• Guiding experimentation with AI search trends and next-gen discovery channels.
• Ensuring strategic alignment across language clusters (e.g., Spanish variants across LATAM)

• You have deep international SEO expertise with a strong localisation lens.
• You’re a peer coach at heart, enabling others to lead with confidence and impact.
• You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex regional growth challenges.
• You’re data-driven with excellent judgment and prioritisation skills.
• You understand how organic discoverability is evolving — across AI, search, and social.
• You’ve worked cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams in a global setting.
• You’re fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong cross-cultural communication skills

You’ll be part of Canva’s International SEO team within the Logged Out Experience Group. This team plays a critical role in helping users discover Canva across global markets. We work across regions, languages, and content surfaces — from templates to landing pages — driving top-of-funnel growth and long-term value. It’s a team where systems thinkers, craft leaders, and regional advocates come together to drive scale.
