One&Only Resorts seeks a dynamic Group Sales Manager to drive international wedding and incentive business in assigned markets outside the U.S. and Canada.

You will develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Revenue Management and events teams to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has proven experience in group sales management, strong selling and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in group sales management is mandatory.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills required.
• Fluency in English; college education preferred.

Aufgaben

• Solicit and secure wedding and incentive group business in international markets (excluding U.S. and Canada).
• Identify opportunities for social celebrations, destination weddings, buyouts, and high-end incentive travel.
• Develop customized proposals reflecting guest journey and international client expectations.
• Negotiate group rates, concessions, and value-added offerings with Revenue Management.
• Maximize hotel revenue through upselling rooms, F&B events, venues, spa and experiences.
• Build relationships with international planners, DMCs, and luxury travel designers.
