HP Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Workday Analyst focused on Core HCM to lead configuration and enablement of HP’s HR systems. You will work with business users to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions and ensure alignment with HR processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday Core HCM configuration and HR functional areas.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Independent worker with high integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a closely related discipline.
• 2-6 years’ experience in HR or technical related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to define problems and apply solutions.
• Gather, document, test, and manage requirements through lifecycle.
• Understand system architectures and software development methodologies.
• Create implementation and project plans with other analysts.
• Support system issues and coordinate with IT to resolve problems.
• Assist with documentation, user guides, and release notes.
