Epicor seeks an HR Technology Analyst to act as a technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence, with backup support for compensation. You will coordinate with external support and internal Workday leads to optimize processes, data integrity, and reporting across HR systems.

You will configure workflows, perform audits, manage EIB data loads, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that support executives and stakeholders. The role requires ongoing learning in a dynamic HR tech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of Workday technical experience with Payroll
• Solid understanding of Workday data structure, security, and business processes
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret, reconcile, and validate HR/payroll datasets
• Experience supporting complex reporting and stakeholder needs
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn continuously
• Understanding of Workday security framework and process configuration
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence and backup for compensation
• Collaborate with Workday customer support and third-party consultants to drive delivers
• Partner with Workday leads to troubleshoot and redesign business processes
• Configure business processes, calculated fields, and reporting
• Audit systems and run EIB loads to ensure HR data integrity
• Ensure data accuracy across payroll, absence, and time tracking
• Lead Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and validate payroll/absence outputs and resolve issues
