Epicor is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support the HR team by leading projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives that drive high-quality service across the business. The role operates in a global, fast-paced environment to develop solutions and support HR operations.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage onboarding, data management, and audits, while supporting integration of new businesses.

Formación

• Supports onboarding for new hires, temp hires, and transfers.
• Audits HR data for accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding process and partner with TA/HR.
• Support operational activities across processes, reporting and data.
• Analyze processes for reengineering opportunities.
• Assist in employee data management and lifecycle transactions.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Support integration of acquisitions into HR operations.
• Oversee audits and regulatory compliance (SOX, etc.).
• Respond to employee and hiring manager questions in a timely manner.
