Epicor seeks an HR Technology Analyst to act as a technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence, with backup support for compensation. You will coordinate with external support and internal Workday leads to optimize processes, data integrity, and reporting across HR systems.

You will configure workflows, perform audits, manage EIB data loads, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that support executives and stakeholders. The role requires ongoing learning in a dynamic HR tech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of Workday technical experience with Payroll
• Solid understanding of Workday data structure, security, and business processes
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret, reconcile, and validate HR/payroll datasets
• Experience supporting complex reporting and stakeholder needs
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn continuously
• Understanding of Workday security framework and process configuration
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments

The Job

The HR Technology Analyst serves as a technical point of contact to provide product and subject matter expertise in areas of configuration, testing, data integrity, integrations, report writing and business process analysis with respect to all Human Resources and related/integrated applications.

What you will be doing

• Serve as the technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence, and backup support for compensation


• Working with Workday customer support and third party consulting firms to drive deliverables when external support is needed


• Partnering closely with strong functional Workday leads to troubleshoot and re‑design business processes


• Configure business processes, calculated fields, and reporting


• Perform system audits and EIB loads to ensure HR data integrity


• Ensure data accuracy across payroll, absence, and time tracking


• Lead Workday releases, testing, and system enhancement projects


• Troubleshoot and validate payroll and absence related system outputs and resolve configuration, data and integration issues


• Partner directly with Payroll and absence stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable solutions that ensure operational continuity


• Maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, and security roles aligned to enterprise data governance standards


• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex Workday technical issues

• 2+ years of Workday technical experience with specifically with Payroll


• Solid understanding of Workday data structure, security, and business processes


• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret, reconcile, and validate complex HR and payroll datasets


• Experience supporting complex reporting and stakeholder needs


• Agility to adapt to change and ever-learning attitude


• Strong understanding of Workday security framework and business process configuration


• Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments
