Jobtailor in Monterrey seeks an HR Operations Specialist to lead onboarding for new and temporary hires, manage employee data, and drive process improvements using Workday.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and HR, ensure accurate data, and support SOX compliance, acquisitions, and reporting from Excel/ATS. Strong English skills and detail orientation required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience with Workday, including business processes, ATS, and HCM.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR projects, process improvements, and automation efforts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage onboarding for new/temporary hires and internal transfers.
• Provide hands-on support across operational processes, reporting, and data.
• Review existing processes and analyze opportunities for reengineering.
• Assist with employee data management and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Establish auditing and monitoring of HR data to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct orientation sessions with new hires.
• Support integration of new businesses into Epicor HR Operations processes during acquisitions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance related to employee file audits and SOX audits, working with local counsel as needed.
• Monitor and respond to emails and answer employee, new hire, hiring manager, background check, process, and candidate questions.

• Support the HR Team by leading projects, process improvements, and automation efforts
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage onboarding for new/temporary hires and internal transfers
• Provide hands-on support across operational processes, reporting, and data
• Review existing processes and analyze opportunities for reengineering
• Assist with employee data management and employee lifecycle transactions
