Epicor seeks an HR Operations Analyst to join a global, fast‑paced team. You will lead projects, drive process improvements, and automate HR workflows to support high‑level service across the business.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition and HR, handles onboarding, data management, audits, and regulatory compliance, and helps integrate new businesses into Epicor HR processes during acquisitions. English communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years HR/HR Operations experience.
• Experience with Workday (business processes, ATS, and HCM).

Responsabilidades

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage onboarding for new/temporary hires and internal transfers.
• Provide hands-on support of operational activities across processes, reporting, and data.
• Review existing processes to analyze scope for reengineering.
• Assist in Employee Data Management and establish auditing/monitoring of HR data for accuracy.
• Conduct orientation sessions with new hires.
• Support integration of new businesses into Epicor HR Operations processes during acquisitions.
• Oversee regulatory compliance related to employee file audits and SOX audits with local counsel as needed.
• Monitor and respond to emails and questions from employees, hires, and hiring managers.
