Epicor Software Corp is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to act as a technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence. You will partner with functional Workday leads, configure processes, and ensure data integrity across payroll, absence, and time tracking.

Responsibilities include leading Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements while troubleshooting complex issues and designing scalable solutions for stakeholder needs.

Formación

• 2+ years of Workday technical experience with Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures, security, and processes.
• Experience in reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Able to support complex HR/payroll datasets and audits.
• Comfort with external support and integrating HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workday Payroll and Absence configurations and testing.
• Collaborate with Workday leads and external consultants on deliverables.
• Configure business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
• Perform system audits and data integrity checks for HR data.
• Support executive-level reporting and analytics environments.
• Own escalation for complex Workday issues and design scalable solutions.
