You will collaborate with Workday support partners, design scalable HR processes, lead releases and ensure data governance across payroll, absence and time-tracking systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of Workday technical experience with Payroll
• Solid understanding of Workday data structure, security, and business processes
• Strong data analysis skills for HR and payroll datasets
• Experience supporting complex reporting and stakeholder needs
• Agility to adapt to change and continuous learning
• Knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence, with backup for compensation
• Collaborate with Workday support and third-party firms to drive deliverables
• Troubleshoot and redesign business processes with Workday leads
• Configure business processes, calculated fields, and reporting
• Perform system audits and EIB loads to ensure HR data integrity
• Lead Workday releases, testing, and system enhancement projects
• Troubleshoot payroll and absence outputs and resolve issues
• Design scalable, sustainable solutions with stakeholders
• Maintain security roles and data governance alignment
