Job summary

One&Only Palmilla is seeking a Water Bottling Plant Coordinator to manage daily bottling operations, ensure hygiene standards, and maintain inventory. You will supervise cleaning, filling, labeling, storage, and logs, aligning with FSMS and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes organizational discipline, teamwork, and leadership in a hospitality setting. You will monitor equipment, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Safety & Hygiene Manager to ensure smooth production and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bottling plant areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform cleaning, filling, labeling and storage per standards.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare daily stock reports.
• Log daily activities and report issues to Safety & Hygiene Manager.
• Apply FIFO rotation for bottles and monitor production months.
