Job summary

One&Only Palmilla is seeking a Bottling Plant Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the hotel’s water bottling plant. You will clean, sanitize, fill, label, store bottles, manage inventory, ensure FSMS compliance and proper product rotation.

You will work under the Safety & Hygiene Manager to maintain hygiene standards, complete daily logs, and support administrative tasks related to bottle distribution and maintenance.

• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Maintain bottling plant area and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Perform filling, labeling and storage following established standards.
• Prepare daily stock reports and logs for Hygiene Manager.
