Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest service skills with a warm, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury brand service levels.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and personal grooming.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at locker room entrance with warmth and professionalism.
• Offer spa amenities in line with Forbes standards.
• Identify guests with scheduled treatments and communicate times and therapist names.
• Provide orientation and guided tour of locker facilities for first-time guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues to Spa Reception.
• Replenish lockers and restock towels, amenities, and supplies as required.
• Explain operation and etiquette of pools, sauna, and steam room.
• Ensure privacy and discretion in all guest interactions.
