Qualifications

• Advanced English (spoken, written, listening)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role
• Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations
• Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote products/services
• Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Learn and stay up to date on all product details in the catalog
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities using the CRM system
• Collaborate with the Sales team to meet goals
