Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients and local companies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews and assessments in Spanish and English.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to identify top talent.
• Provide expert market insights and consultative support regarding bilingual talent pools.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
