Vertiv Mexicali operations are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material flow, cycle counts, and shipping activities. You will ensure compliance with C-PAT, maintain strict inventory controls, and lead a team to meet safety and efficiency targets.

The role requires a strong background in materials management, supervisory experience, and familiarity with HTS/CTPAT. You will drive improvements and coach staff to achieve excellence in productivity and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Materials Management or Logistics.
• Five years supervisory experience in shipping and stockroom.
• Proven knowledge of total quality management principles and problem solving tools.
• Experience with self-directed work teams.
• Proven material control experience and Customs/HTS/CTPAT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct warehouse operations ensuring C-PAT and other certifications.
• Maintain orderly control of all material within the Warehouse.
• Maintain system transaction level control of inventory processes.
• Lead cycle counting and corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Meet warehouse financial performance expectations.
• Maintain 5S plus 1 and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Coordinate use of Primary Freight carriers for efficiency.
• Train warehouse associates on requirements and lift truck certifications.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules for lift equipment and scales.
• Coach teams to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
