Vertiv Co in Mexico seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to supervise daily activities, ensure timely material flow to production lines and customer shipments, and optimize storage utilization.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, enforce safety standards, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Kaizen, and collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams. Preferred 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in supervisory roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and materials management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and customer shipments.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leaders.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and implement Lean/Kaizen.
• Communicate operational status and performance metrics to management.
