Vertiv is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mexicali to lead operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. You will coach teams, enforce 5S+1 and safety standards, and coordinate with carriers to optimize logistics performance.

Ideal candidates bring five years of supervisory experience in shipping/stockroom, strong PC skills, and expertise in material control and CTAPAT knowledge.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience in materials management or logistics.
• Five years of supervisory shipping/stockroom experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics tools.
• Knowledge of total quality management and problem solving tools.
• Experience with self-directed work teams and customs/HTS/CTPAT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct warehouse operations while maintaining C-PAT and certifications.
• Maintain orderly control of all material and inventory processes.
• Maintain system transaction level control of all inventory processes.
• Operate a cycle-counting process and drive corrective actions for accuracy.
• Meet warehouse financial performance expectations.
• Maintain 5S+1 and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Utilize primary freight carriers efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Train warehouse staff on requirements and lift truck certifications.
• Schedule building/equipment maintenance (lift equipment, scales).
• Coach individuals and teams to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor performance and champion improvements.
• Drive process improvement and change initiatives as a business partner.
• Ensure mandatory corporate training compliance (Ethics, etc.).
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Promote environment encouraging involvement for productivity and safety.
• Lead meetings and communicate goals; support a union-free environment.
