Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Mexicali to lead daily operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You will align resources to production schedules and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cycle counts, and team leadership of supervisors, leads, and associates, with a focus on Lean and 5S adherence within a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in warehouse, logistics or materials management in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience supporting manufacturing production operations.
• Strong inventory control and material flow knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customers.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and best practices.
