Vertiv is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Tijuana, Mexico facility. You will supervise 60+ staff, drive improvements in production efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding health and safety standards.

You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with schedulers, engineers, logistics, and stores to meet KPIs and customer targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong background in KPIs and performance metrics.
• Extensive people-management experience including training, performance, and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and motivate 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
• Improve performance and drive on-time shipments and targets.
• Oversee output of key components and related planning/execution activities.
• Lead health and safety practices and incident prevention.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, schedulers, engineers, logistics, and stores.
