Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Guanajuato, Mexico to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure timely material flow to production and customers, and drive continuous improvement across processes. The role requires coordinating staff, enforcing safety, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics roles, with supervisory experience and a degree in a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and customer shipments.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage utilization.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leaders.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Promote employee engagement and accountability.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
• Support implementation of new warehouse technologies and best practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Ensure material availability to prevent production interruptions.
• Resolve operational issues impacting internal and external customers.
• Communicate operational status and performance metrics to management.
