Vertiv in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to support production schedules. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts and ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE/MS Dynamics), and promote Lean and 5S in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; SCM/Logistics/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics or materials management within manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, MS Dynamics) and manufacturing operations.
