Vertiv in Mexicali seeks a Senior Executive to lead Stores operations, supervising a 10-person team responsible for receipt, storage, and issue of materials. You will coordinate PRs, track purchased parts, and ensure accurate data maintenance for expedites and shortages.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO records and audits, plus participation in audits and safety reporting. You will align with Vertiv's core principles and drive reliability and efficiency across the stores function.

Formación

• Experience supervising stores operations and teams.
• Knowledge of ISO records, audits, and documentation.
• Strong coordination of material kitting, receipt, storage and issue.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Stores: receipt, storage and issue with a team of 10.
• Manage PR shortlist, data maintenance and follow-up.
• Track receipt of bought-out parts and update shortages file.
• Attend customer inspections for spares and ensure compliance.
• Kitting and issue of materials as per PR.
• Maintain records for QA test certificates of components when issued.
• Space management and optimization of warehouse layout.
• Prepare and analyze battery consumption reports for safety.
