Autoliv's distribution center in Querétaro seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and logistics operations. You will guide multiple cells and shifts, driving performance and cross‑dock efficiency, while leveraging ERP, WMS and TMS to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in supervision of warehouse/logistics, strong MS Office skills, and experience in automotive OEM supply chains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics/operations supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of WMS; ERP and TMS experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data and support decisions.
• Experience in automotive OEM supply chains and related customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams by defining roles, expectations and performance goals.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing action plans using problem solving, project management and APS principles.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment across facilities and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee shipping and warehouse operations using ERP, TMS, WMS and automotive shipping systems to ensure efficient material flow and delivery.
• Manage unionized workforce and cross-dock activities, ensuring productivity and labor relations effectiveness.
