Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a multi-cell distribution center, driving efficiency and safety across shifts. You will lead warehouse teams, coordinate cross-dock activities, and ensure timely material flow to customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, strong WMS/TMS/ERP knowledge, and Advanced English. We offer an attractive compensation package and opportunities for career growth.

In this role you will beresponsible for all facets of a Warehouse Distribution Center consisting of multiple cells, areas, shifts, and cross-dock logistics.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams by establishing clear roles, expectations, and performance goals while coaching employees to enhance capability and engagement.
• Drive operational excellence by creating and executing action plans that support corporate and facility objectives, utilizing problem-solving, project management, and Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across facilities, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee shipping and warehouse operations, leveraging ERP, TMS, WMS, and automotive shipping systems (such as AutoRelease and JD Edwards) to ensure efficient material flow and customer delivery performance.
• Manage unionized workforce operations and cross-dock activities, ensuring compliance, productivity, labor relations effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or operations supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with experience using ERP platforms and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze operational data, generate reports, and support business decision-making.
• Experience in automotive OEM supply chain environments, including trucking, material handling, and understanding of OEM-specific customer requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed, with experience in Just-in-Time (JIT) operations and Lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Conversational English Advanced.
