Grupo Pesado Castro, based in Querétaro, is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in the automotive sector. You will drive planning, inventory, and logistics optimization to ensure reliable service and efficiency.

The role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership, English proficiency, and SAP expertise to manage cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role within Automotive/Metal-Mechanical industries.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage supply chain resources, including transportation, consolidation, foreign trade and customs operations between suppliers and customers.
• Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and plant scheduling to maximize material availability and efficiency.
• Analyze customer demand fluctuations and ensure compliance with requirements and expectations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and optimal levels for RM, MRO, WIP, FG.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis to improve KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with budget targets and implement cost-reduction strategies in logistics.
• Lead and support Environmental Management System activities applicable to the area.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies and regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for the effective planning and management of supply chain activities to ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service, operational efficiency, and the implementation of control systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage supply chain resources, including transportation, consolidation, foreign trade, and customs operations between suppliers and customers, ensuring optimal service levels.
• Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and all plant scheduling activities to maximize material availability, machine utilization, and workforce efficiency.
• Analyze customer demand fluctuations and ensure compliance with customer requirements and expectations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability while maintaining optimal inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM), MRO, Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to improve supply chain KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with budget targets and implement cost reduction strategies within logistics operations.
• Lead and support all Environmental Management System activities applicable to the area.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
