Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Packaging Specialist – Fleet Coordinator in Querétaro to lead and optimize the returnable packaging fleet for automotive components, automation cells, and service parts. You will manage program scope, budgets, and timing, coordinating with packaging engineers, suppliers, and production plants.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–6 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Travel 5–20% and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of related experience.
• Works with minimal supervision and drives projects to schedule and budget.
• Clear communicator with suppliers, plants, logistics, and design; structured problem solving.
• Travel readiness 5–20%; Spanish/English bilingual a plus for US/MX lanes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the returnable packaging fleet for automotive components, automation cells, and service/aftermarket parts.
• Project manage build and delivery: charter, timeline, budget; track supplier/tooling readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance, controls and vendors; manage fleet size strategies for packaging assets.
• Plan launches/ECNs: phase‑in/out plans, readiness at suppliers/plants, ramp‑to‑rate container availability.
• Bridge design, cost, and customer validation, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
