Autoliv Mexico is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive daily production execution, improve SQDCM results, and lead structured problem solving. You will coach Shift Leaders, build a strong frontline talent pipeline, and champion safety, quality, and compliance in a high-performing plant.

The role requires 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, plus Lean/CIP expertise and English proficiency. Autoliv offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Automotive Tier 1 exposure and safety-critical environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution and problem-solving.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S) and root cause analysis.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders and frontline talent pipelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while delivering stable production.
