Freudenberg seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Querétaro to lead warehouse operations for automotive production. You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensure timely material flow, and maintain high inventory accuracy while coordinating with customer service and MRP controllers.

Responsibilities include supervising clerks, promoting 5S and safety, and ensuring adherence to FIFO and ERP processes. English communication is required for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in industrial engineering, administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as warehouse supervisor in automotive.
• Experience with warehouse logistics, 5S, and cycle counts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead trials and manage non-productive material shipments per directions.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, FIFO, and ensure on-time material flow.
• Maintain 99% inventory accuracy for finish goods and raw materials.
• Manage warehouse clerks and coordinate with customer service and MRP controllers.
• Promote 5S housekeeping and ensure safety rules are followed.
