Job summary
Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a multi-cell distribution center, driving efficiency and safety across shifts. You will lead warehouse teams, coordinate cross-dock activities, and ensure timely material flow to customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/TMS.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Experience in automotive OEM supply chain environment.
- Fluent/Advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams with clear roles and goals.
- Drive operational excellence via action plans and APS principles.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment across facilities.
- Oversee shipping and warehouse operations using ERP/TMS/WMS and related tools.
- Manage unionized workforce operations and labor relations.
