LyondellBasell in Mexico City seeks a Warehouse Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and develop a high-performing team. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and safety regulations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS (SAP) and inbound/outbound logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead a team of 5–10 associates and assign work.
• Ensure on-time material flow to production and shipments to customers.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Oversee inbound and outbound scheduling and shipping documentation.
