Intuitive in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead to achieve team performance goals across receiving, inventory control, and material movement. You will supervise staff, enforce procedures, and ensure timely, accurate records across stockroom locations.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate warehouse personnel to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Maintain data in compliance with regulatory controls for Inventory and Receiving.
• Analyze and correct issues in storage quantities; monitor weekly inventory value.
• Optimize operations through Lean practices and coordinate with various departments.
• Schedule work activities and allocate resources across shifts.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory; drive corrective actions.
