Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across levels and provide feedback.
• Proficiency in English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance when necessary.
• Meet with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop loss-prevention plans.
• Coordinate logistics with drivers and air partners for efficient deliveries.
