Flex is looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our Juarez South Site. Reporting to the Warehouse Director, you will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to meet budget and productivity goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong analytical, budgeting, and leadership abilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize inventory, and present plans to management and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry.
• Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensures compliance with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations.
• Safeguards warehouse security and procedures.
• Manages inventory levels with regular counts and reconciliation.
• Plans layouts and maintains equipment, issuing work orders for repairs.
• Prepares annual budget, schedules expenditures, and analyzes variances.
• Sets productivity targets and manages work schedules.
