Flex is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Juárez, South Site, to lead receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. The role reports to the Sr. Warehouse Manager and focuses on policy enforcement, security, inventory accuracy, and cost-efficient logistics.

The ideal candidate has experience in the Electronics Industry and a bachelor’s degree. Intermediate English is required to collaborate across teams and with suppliers within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in the Electronics Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree typically required.
• Intermediate English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by coordinating programs and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with local warehousing and shipping requirements and advises management.
• Safeguards warehouse operations by establishing security procedures and monitoring them.
• Controls inventory levels by performing regular physical counts and reconciling data.
• Maintains warehouse condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment and initiating repairs.
• Monitors budget, expenditures and variances to support financial objectives.
• Determines work schedules based on business volume and staffing needs.
• Sets productivity targets and applies controls to meet objectives.
• Monitors equipment condition and maintenance for safe operations.
• Ensures efficient handling of shipments and receipts to minimize errors and costs.
• Reviews loading/unloading schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Coordinates floor cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
