Flex in Juarez Site is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to support teams that build great products. You will identify discrepancies, manage MRP data, and drive process improvements while maintaining audits and KPIs.

In this role, you will liaise with various departments and customers, coordinate improvements, and ensure accurate inventory reporting. A strong focus on data analysis and procedures supports ongoing efficiency and compliance.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MRP systems or related field.
• Good office skills: data entry, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems.
• Ability to read, research and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals; present information clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math and data analysis; interpret graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in warehouse/storage.
• Retrieves and researches information from MRP systems.
• Liaises with departments to highlight errors and drive improvements.
• Develops site inventory process improvements and holds them for implementation.
• Oversees internal audits and external audit preparation.
• Produces inventory KPI reports and performance metrics.
• Monitors procedural compliance and updates procedures with management.
• Liaises with customers and handles requests and issues.
• Researches excess inventory and recommends reductions; coordinates returns.
• Negotiates sales price and coordinates sale of excess material.
• Provides escalation point to inventory management.
• Maintains site/corporate metrics and generates reports.
