Jabil in Mexico's Jalisco region is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize the site's material flow and monitor shipments. You will perform manual system transactions for materials, track goods between locations, and work with partners to move materials efficiently.

You will also resolve shipping exceptions, manage freight claims, and ensure inventory accuracy through regular reporting and KPI tracking. This is a full-time on-site role with broad cross-functional interaction.

Formación

• Ability to present information to managers and clients.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic PC skills.
• Familiarity with Jabil software packages and inventory systems.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and work in standard situations.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze site logistics and recommend best practices.
• Monitor shipments between site and other locations or partners.
• Collaborate with departments to expedite material movements.
• Resolve exceptions with Business Units, partners, or providers.
• Process freight claims for lost or damaged freight.
• Research and resolve inventory or shipment exceptions.
• Record material movements in information systems.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Provide inventory status reports and KPI metrics.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• May take on additional duties as assigned.
