Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Juarez Sur to support teams that build great products. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will drive inventory controls, cycle counts, and collaborate with customers, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align on material strategies.

The role requires advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and experience analyzing data and managing inventory in a scalable environment.

Formación

• Advanced English is required for communications with teams and customers.
• Experience analyzing inter-site materials and assessing data.
• May analyze and correct inventory count discrepancies.
• Negotiate with customers to reduce excess and obsolete material and review related contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by negotiating expectations and directing staff to meet them.
• Coordinate with customers, purchasing, project managers, and warehouse managers.
• Analyze data extracted from the MRP system to improve inventory controls.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the site and design metrics to meet corporate requirements.
