Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor at its Juarez site to optimize stock integrity and drive improvements across the supply chain. You will analyze discrepancies, coordinate with multiple departments, and lead audits to ensure compliance with standards.

You will utilize MRP systems to retrieve data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce excess inventory and improve service levels.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MRP systems or related field.
• Good office skills: data entry, office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to managers and clients.
• Ability to perform basic math and data interpretation.
• Ability to follow written or schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores.
• Liaises with departments and senior staff to highlight errors and implement improvements.
• Assists in developing inventory-related process improvements.
• Oversees internal audits and supports external audit preparation.
• Produces KPIs and reports on inventory performance and service levels.
• Monitors compliance and implements new procedures with management.
• Deals with internal and external customers and requests.
• Researches excess inventory and coordinates movements to reduce waste and excess material.
