Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Juarez Sur to lead warehouse teams and ensure accurate counts, timely cycles, and compliant processes. This role partners with Supply Chain and customers to optimize inventory levels and improve service.

You will analyze data from the MRP system, implement policies, negotiate with customers on excess material, and drive metrics to meet site goals. The ideal candidate has advanced English, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and coordination

Formación

• Advanced English language skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Inter-site materials analysis and data assessment required.
• Ability to analyze and correct inventory count discrepancies.
• Ability to negotiate with customers to reduce excess and obsolete material.
• Review inventory portion of customer contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate customer expectations and manage staff to meet them.
• Coordinate with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyze data from the MRP system.
• Review and establish site policies and procedures with materials group.
• Design and enhance inventory metrics.
• Ensure proper cycle count operations and physical inventories.
• Disposition of excess and obsolete materials.
