Job summary

Danfoss GmbH, Apodaca, Mexico, seeks a Senior Professional to lead WAN service delivery and drive reliable, high-performance network services for our global business. On-site role based in Apodaca, Mexico, responsible for service performance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external providers.

You will own incident management, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance compliance while coordinating complex operations to keep teams connected and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT or network services accountable for performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers in complex environments.
• Understanding of network operations, service levels, KPIs, availability, and performance management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, incident management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead WAN service delivery activities to ensure reliable performance and a seamless user experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor service metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage critical incidents and technical changes with clear governance.
