Confie in Tijuana is expanding its network infrastructure to support rapid growth across locations. The role focuses on maintaining a secure, high-performing network environment with hands-on Cisco technologies and WAN expertise.

You will diagnose issues, implement upgrades, document configurations, and collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable connectivity. A 2+ year background in network administration is required, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in network administration or network support.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Switches.
Experience supporting MPLS, DMVPN, and SD-WAN networks.
Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLSM.
Experience with SolarWinds, Auvik, or Syslog.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Configure, deploy, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
Ensure network availability and compliance with established SLAs.
Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
Coordinate with telecommunications providers and external support vendors.
Evaluate and recommend network improvements and new technologies.
