Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Network Delivery Lead in Mexico City to govern network services, coordinate incident response, and drive improvement actions. The role connects customer needs with DXC delivery across operations, engineering, and security, ensuring alignment with contracts and SLAs.

Strong leadership and ITIL/ITSM expertise are required. You will manage governance, performance reviews, archival of incidents, and RCAs, while coordinating cross-team efforts to reduce risk

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in enterprise networking or service delivery.
• 5+ years in IT operations or engineering support in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 / ITSM, service integration, availability and change enablement.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain network service governance, calendar, RACI and escalation paths.
• Lead network delivery coordination for major incidents and escalations.
• Produce RCAs with measurable corrective actions and track closure.
• Approve changes with risk, testing, rollback and post-change health checks.
• Maintain accurate network CMDB and ensure ServiceNow/Neura records align.
