• 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise networking or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Establish network governance, RACI, and escalation paths.
• Lead incident management and rapid technical engagement.
• Coordinate monitoring, automation opportunities and change enablement.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly service reviews with KPI trends.
