Royal Caribbean Group is looking for an experienced Butler in Baja California Sur. The role requires a minimum of two years in luxury services, in-depth knowledge of guest expectations, and a certification in butler services. Excellent command of English and another language is mandatory.

The successful candidate will deliver personalized butler services, maintain cleanliness, and effectively assist guests with reservations and requests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of butler or guest-facing services experience in a luxury environment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational in an additional language is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized butler service keeping guest suites prepared.
• Coordinate and provide in-suite services including dining and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in suites and assigned areas.
