You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with a warm and proactive approach. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating luxury transportation, and fulfilling guest requests.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a luxury environment.

Responsabilidades
