Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Butler to serve as the guest relations liaison, ensuring a seamless in-suite experience and flawless delivery of amenities across the Retreat program. The role requires outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on personalized guest service.

The Butler will own the look and feel of assigned suites, advocate for inter-departmental communication, and maintain premium standards in all Retreat offerings, ports of call, and ship

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong emotional intelligence with resourceful thinking and knowledge of conflict resolution, beverages service.
• Ability to read and write English to understand procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the Retreat guests are comfortable and knowledgeable regarding their suite, amenities, ship offerings, ports of call, their concierges and Retreat privileges.
• Retreat guest’s personal point of contact and advocate for seamless inter‑departmental communication and delivery.
• Taste‑testing and screening of all services and food items to ensure impeccable standards prior to guest use and/or consumption.
• Championing excellence and driving higher standards on behalf of the Retreat program and guest.
• Collaborating with Retreat areas to share information and guest’s personal preferences to enhance overall Retreat experience in all venues.
