Genesis Management - MX in Mexico City, MX is seeking a VIP Specialist for Loyalty & Retention Sales. The role is full-time and focuses on calling existing customers to renew, upsell, and cross-sell, with a strong emphasis on English communication and relationship building.

You will handle high-volume calls, maintain QA standards, and participate in outbound promotions via softphone, email, and SMS. The position offers a base salary with a production bonus and statutory benefits.

Formación

• Advanced English (B2+/C1); all calls in English.
• 1-3 years in inside sales, call center, or retail sales.
• Solid computer and English typing skills; comfortable in MS Office and a CRM.
• Excellent on the phone: persuasive, professional, and able to listen.
• Able to run multiple tools without dropping the conversation.

Responsabilidades

• Dial existing clients daily - calls that turn into renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.
• Close new applications from customers with whom you have built rapport.
• Underwrite repeat applications against the company risk policy - you know what qualifies.
• Run outbound promos across softphone, email, and SMS.
• Hold outstanding QA scores while you hit your numbers.
• Bring customer trends and feedback back to the team.
