Novibet in Mexico City is seeking a VIP Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for our valued players and resolve issues across the platform.

You will liaise with Trading, CS, Risk & Payments, and other teams, ensure high service standards, and uphold policies while focusing on the most valuable players. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends is required, and prior industry experience is a must.

Formación

• Excellent communications skills.
• Attention to detail with an extra mile mentality.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service to players, solve problems, answer queries, promote promotions, reward activity.
• Liaise with different departments (Trading, Bonus Team, CS, Risk & Payments) to resolve issues.
• Be aligned with business objectives and targets including policies and processes.
• Operate with high responsibility regarding matters that affect the most valuable players.
